Hi there,
We want to inform you about an important update to our phishing simulation service that may require action on your part.
New Domains for Phishing Simulations
We're excited to announce that we'll be expanding our phishing simulation capabilities by introducing new domains. This update will enhance the realism and effectiveness of our training scenarios, helping your team stay even more vigilant against evolving cyber threats.
Action Required for Customers who whitelist via Domains
If your organisation currently whitelists our phishing emails by domain, you'll need to add these new domains to your whitelist. This step is crucial to prevent any disruption in our service and to ensure that all simulated phishing emails reach your employees as intended.
We have whitelisting guides available on our Knowledge base if you need assistance.
Important: If you whitelist using IP addresses, no action is required on your part.
Timeline
We plan to implement these new domains on December 1, 2024. To ensure uninterrupted service, please make the necessary updates to your whitelist before this date.
Next Steps
- Review your current whitelisting method (domain-based or IP-based).
- If you use domain-based whitelisting, contact your Customer Success Manager to obtain the list of new domains.
- Update your whitelist with the new domains by December 1, 2024.
If you have any questions or concerns about this update, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or reply to this email.
We're here to assist you through this transition and ensure that your phishing awareness training continues seamlessly.
Thank you for your continued trust in Phriendly Phishing. We remain committed to providing you with the best tools to strengthen your organisation's cybersecurity posture.
