Latest Platform Updates:Leaderboards, Microsoft Reporting Integration, Whitelisting Essentials
Drive Engagement with Phriendly Competition
Leaderboards bring a new level of visibility and motivation to your security training program. Within the Learner Hub, you can showcase up to three leaderboards to highlight things like timely phishing reporting, course completion, or Achievement progress.
Learners can see how they’re tracking individually, while you can also highlight performance across teams, regions, or other groups that matter to your organisation. Whether you’re launching Phriendly Phishing, introducing a new initiative, or reinforcing ongoing engagement, Leaderboards help you maintain visibility of progress and recognise positive behaviours.
Keep Native Outlook Reporting, Gain Phriendly Phishing Insight
Our new Microsoft Report Button Integration allows your people to use Outlook’s native “Report” options across desktop, web, and mobile, with no additional add-in required.
Reported emails flow through your existing Microsoft 365 environment into Phriendly Phishing for analysis. This means your users keep the familiar experience they already trust, while you gain deeper visibility and insight into reporting behaviour across your organisation.
Whitelisting is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of simulated phishing emails during your security awareness campaigns. It is a great time to check your whitelisting details to stay up to date with any changes. Please review our following guides to ensure you have done all requirements
