Hi there,

Happy New Year! We are looking forward to an exciting year ahead, with new courses, email templates, and major platform updates on the way. Everything we deliver is designed to support your team in reducing human risk and strengthening your cyber resilience culture.

As we continue building this momentum, we’ve also seen strong results from organisations with a dedicated Cyber Security Change Manager driving initiatives from the top. When change is led with clear ownership and a focus on culture, it creates greater engagement and a more resilient workforce. If you’d like insights or practical advice on how to embed this approach in your organisation, reach out to your Customer Success Manager who can help guide you.

Latest Platform Updates: Celebrating Positive Security Behaviours and an All-in-One Data Report

Introducing Achievements – Celebrating Positive Security Behaviour
Achievements recognise learners for taking the right actions, including reporting suspicious emails, completing training, and improving in simulations. With 40 unique Achievements, this is our first fully gamified learner experience, designed to increase engagement and build long-lasting security habits. You can enable Achievements now in your Learner Hub settings. In the coming months, we will expand the experience with Leaderboards to highlight top performers and encourage friendly competition. Learners will be able to view everything they have earned directly in the Learner Hub. If you have not enabled the Learner Hub yet, you can do so using this link, and your Customer Success Manager can guide you through how it can best support your team.

Campaign Report - All-in-One Data Report
We have released an enhancement to reporting that allows you to download data directly from the campaign in the learning path. This report has been highly requested and includes all data in one concise location. We have also added a 'reported' tile within the campaign to easily see how many of your leaners have reported emails from that specific campaign.

Importance of Whitelisting.

Whitelisting is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of simulated phishing emails during your security awareness campaigns. It is a great time to check your whitelisting details to stay up to date with any changes. Please review our following guides to ensure you have done all requirements
