Latest Platform Updates: Elevate Your Organisation’s Learning Experience

The start of a new financial year is a good time to review how you are using the platform and make sure you are getting the most from the features available.

A few simple updates can make the platform easier to manage while giving learners a clearer and more engaging experience.

Enable Learner Hub

Learner Hub gives your learners one central place to access training, view their progress and keep track of their activity.

For admins, it is an easy way to give learners more visibility and ownership of their learning without adding extra work for your team.

Once Learner Hub is enabled, you can also introduce gamification features such as Achievements and Leaderboards. Gamification can help improve engagement, support stronger learning outcomes and encourage lasting behaviour change.

Introduce Achievements

Achievements give learners clear milestones to work towards and help them see how they are improving over time.

Learners can earn achievements by reporting emails, completing assigned training and showing consistent participation. This gives them something to aim for while reinforcing positive security behaviours.

Turn on Leaderboards

Leaderboards allow learners to compare their progress with their peers through friendly competition across three areas:

  • Training: Engagement with and completion of assigned training
  • Reporting: Reporting simulated phishing emails
  • Achievements: Progress across earned achievements

Together, these features can help you create a more engaging learning experience, encourage stronger participation and build better security habits across your organisation.

To learn more or enable these features, follow the links above or contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support team.

Cheers,

The Phriendly Phishing Team
