New Course Topics and Email Features

We've made significant updates to our courses and email templates to enhance usability, accessibility, and training effectiveness. This has seen our library reach:

200+ Courses: New topics and updated versions that now comply with WCAG 2.1 standards, making content accessible to people with disabilities.

1000+ Base Email Templates with Dynamic Variables: Increasing engagement, training relevance, complexity, and efficiency, making our library infinitely usable. 

In addition to increasing our course and email libraries, we prioritised increasing the sophistication levels of our emails to ensure our learners aren’t becoming too complacent with existing tactics. We constantly aim to strengthen our learners’ detection skills in line with the evolving phishing threat landscape. This resulted in adding some new email features, such as:

• Adding new QR code features
• Introducing 16 new domains: to challenge learners with real-world scam scenarios.
• Added new themes to emails

Note: Our dynamic email template personalisation enables highly tailored simulated phishing emails. Using intelligent markup, we dynamically insert recipient details, generate contextually relevant content, create multiple variants from one template, and adapt messaging based on recipient attributes. This enhances engagement, training relevance, complexity, and efficiency, driving impactful cybersecurity awareness across diverse organisations.

Whilst our library includes 1000+ base email templates, dynamic variables make our library infinite in its usability.

Platform Updates: Enhanced Reports, Functionality & AI

We're excited to announce upcoming significant enhancements to our Phish Reporter button, Training Results Report, and AI-powered human risk management. These updates aim to improve usability, security, and training effectiveness. 

Phish Reporter Button: 

• Integration directly into the Outlook ribbon for better usability.
• Implementation of Microsoft's Nested App Authentication (NAA) to enhance security and streamline the authentication process.
• Scheduled to go live by the end of February.

Training Results Report: 

• The new Training Blocks Status feature allows easy filtering of learners at different completion stages, including future assignments and overdue courses.
• The Assigned Count feature shows how many times a course has been assigned to each learner, supporting our learning journey initiatives.

Leveraging AI technologies to revolutionise Human Risk Management: 

We’re currently exploring using AI to create highly realistic phishing templates tailored to specific attack scenarios, identifying high-risk individuals through behavioural analytics, and delivering adaptive learning paths customised to each learner's needs.
