We introduced several exciting platform updates designed to enhance reporting, engagement, and learner experience.
Phish Focus Enhancements (new reports) (8:00): We’ve added four powerful reports that provide deeper insights into reported emails—covering sending domains, URL domains, reporters, and attachments. These insights help you spot patterns, track emerging threats, and take swift action to protect your learners.
PhishFit (12:40): This new feature transforms how you measure phishing awareness by combining multiple data points into actionable insights, helping strengthen resilience and security behaviors across your organisation.
Achievements for Learners (16:02): Gamification is here! Learners can now earn achievements for reporting emails and completing training, driving engagement and consistency to instill lasting positive security habits.
We spotlighted our latest Holiday Scams Awareness Toolkit (23:39) part of the ongoing value we deliver through timely, ready-to-use campaigns that help raise awareness and support your internal communications.
We also shared our Elevate Engagement Solution (25:15) a suite of tailored, branded campaigns and toolkits designed to boost employee engagement, keep security risks top-of-mind, and strengthen your security awareness culture. In this section, we showcased a side-by-side comparison of how these toolkits would look and feel when implemented, giving you a clear view of the visual impact and user experience that comes with leveraging our solution.
