Whitelist Domains

Hi there

As a follow-up to our recent communication, we’d like to remind you that Phriendly Phishing is introducing new dedicated domains for our phishing simulations, training, and support communications.

These new domains will go live on 1 August 2025:

  1. Phishing simulations (base domain): phriendlyphishes.com

  2. Training emails: phriendlyphishingtraining.com

  3. Support emails: phriendlyphishingsupport.com

To maintain uninterrupted delivery of our services and avoid any issues with blocked or missed emails, it is important that these domains are whitelisted in your email system before 31 July 2025.

If you’ve already confirmed that your organisation has updated its settings — thank you! No further action is needed.

However, if you have not yet taken action, please prioritise this change as a matter of urgency. Without these updates, you may experience:

  • Failed delivery of phishing simulations

  • Missed or delayed training notifications

  • Limited access to support communications

How to Whitelist:

The process for whitelisting may vary depending on your email client or system. Generally, you'll need to add these domains to your 'Safe Senders' or 'Allowed List'. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to this guide on whitelisting. If you need assistance, please contact your IT department or email service provider.

Once whitelisting is complete, please confirm this with our Support Team by replying to this email or contacting support@phriendlyphishing.com.

If you have any questions or require assistance, our team is here to help.

Thanks again for your attention to this important update.

Best regards,
The Phriendly Phishing Team
