Spotlight on Baselines: Why is it important? 

The Baseline is a simulated phishing campaign used to determine your organisations' overall phishing risk and establish a baseline for future measurement.

It is important to run a baseline at the beginning of your subscription and yearly to measure your organisations risk profile year on year. 

Baseline Facts:

• A baseline is a phishing simulation that deploys the hardest, most sophisticated phishing emails from our pool of templates (each user receives 1 email)
• It utilises learner anonymisation to ensure a respectful first experience for employees 
• When the learner clicks on the link in the email, they are directed to Google.com so they are unaware of the baseline testing. 
• Calculates current organisational phishing risk
• Sets the benchmark for all future campaigns
