Latest Platform Updates: Celebrating Positive Security Behaviours and A New View of risk with PhishFit

Introducing PhishFit – A New View of Human Risk
We’re excited to introduce PhishFit, our new way of measuring phishing resilience across your organisation. PhishFit brings learner behaviour and campaign outcomes together into one clear, actionable score, making it easier than ever to understand your human risk. PhishFit is currently in early-access tuning to ensure the scoring and insights are accurate. It will be available to admins very soon, and we will let you know the moment it becomes available in your Phriendly Phishing portal.

Achievements – Celebrating Positive Security Behaviour

Our new Achievements feature recognises your learners for taking the right actions, including reporting suspicious emails, completing training, and improving across simulations. With 40 Achievements, this is our first fully gamified learner experience, designed to boost engagement and build lasting security habits. Achievements will launch this week, and in the new year we’ll expand the experience with Leaderboards to spotlight top performers and encourage friendly competition. Learners will be able to view everything they’ve earned through the Learner Hub. If you have not enabled the Learner Hub yet, your Customer Success Manager can guide you through how it can best support your team.
